Content Description

Japanese pressing of Joel Schumacher's 1994 legal thriller, based on the John Grisham novel of the same name. Stars Susan Sarandon (Academy Award winner) and Tommy Lee Jones. An 11-year-old boy accidentally witnesses a mob-connected suicide and is drawn into a dangerous game between a federal prosecutor and a powerful criminal organization — hiring a down-on-her-luck attorney for $1 to protect him. Also starring Mary-Louise Parker, Anthony LaPaglia, Anthony Edwards, and Ossie Davis. Screenplay by Akiva Goldsman and Robert Getchell. Music by Howard Shore.
