Starblade (1992) was Namco's landmark 3D polygon space rail shooter, a spiritual successor to their earlier Galaxian³ and a technical showcase of real-time 3D CG at the time. This LaserDisc is the definitive reference for the game, containing content not available elsewhere — including unreleased BGM arrangements, the complete enemy roster with the original CG renders, and the full "Geosword" fighter ship technical data sheet included as the poster insert. It is a rare and desirable piece of early 1990s Namco arcade history.
