Up for sale is the Japanese LaserDisc release of La Voce della Luna (The Voice of the Moon, 1990), Federico Fellini's final film. Starring Roberto Benigni and Paolo Villaggio, the film follows two eccentric wanderers — a dreamy ex-mental patient and a pompous former prefect — as they roam the Po Valley countryside of Fellini's childhood, obsessed with the moon. Winner of three David di Donatello Awards, La Voce della Luna is a poetic, surrealist farewell from one of cinema's greatest directors, completed just three years before Fellini's death in 1993. This is catalog number TLL 2188, a 3-sided CLV set released in Japan by Toho Laserdisc/Tohokushinsha Home Video, presented in widescreen (Vista Size) with an Italian mono audio track and Japanese subtitles.

This copy is in excellent condition. The deep blue cover is vibrant and clean with no notable wear. The full inner gatefold liner notes, Fellini filmography, and the special Fellini Moon Card Gallery — illustrated postcards drawn by Fellini himself, produced exclusively for this Japanese LD release — are all present. Discs appear clean.
